Borobudur temple is located in Yogyakarta/Jogjakarta - central Java.
It was an amazing Budhist temple which founded as a religious site in the 8th century of the Sailendra dynasty. Near Borobudur temple you can also find Prambanan temple, Mendut temple, Pawon temple, Ngawen temple, and also Canggal temple.
In 1991, UNESCO formally listed Borobudur as a World Heritage Site. Since then, Borobudur become famous and become an international tourist attraction. The site is open to the public from 6AM to 5PM.
